I'm not a crossfitter or an indo boarder (yet), but working a Sinawali Six on an indo board is just sick. Pretty awesome stuff.

Wow! I don't think I could rationally convince myself to do some of these moves for fear of my own safety. I'll be happy to practice the board but some of these moves are just crazy.

@chicomilo We now have no fall versions of the Indo Board - the IndoFlo Cushion and the IndoFlo Gigante Cushion. The IndoFlo Cushion is actually harder than the Roller because it is 360 degrees of instability. It sits underneath your Indo Board and will not get away from you unlike the Roller. Hiniker is an amazing trainer who works with some of the top pro snowboarders and surfers using the Indo Board and Gigante Cushion.

very advanced moves. To those doing the lifts while on that indo board its only a matter of time with no safety lines or spotters before someones is hurt.

@jetle25 Thank you for your comment! We appreciate everyone's comments! We have the IndoFLO Cushion for those individuals who feel uncomfortable to use the roller. Check out our video titled, Indo Board with Gretchen Blieler ,or any of our videos featuring Certified Personal Trainer, Paul Hinicker. The IndoFLO Cushion is actually harder than the Roller because you use more musculature - but unlike the roller, the IndoFLO Cushion will not get away from you.
