It Gets Better, A transexual woman speaks out! Samantha Lauzon

To all the GLBTQ youth out there. Wondering when does life get better, wondering why they feel the way they feel and how will the pain ever go away. My babies it's ok. ONE day maybe not today or tomorrow but ONE day it will get better! Reach out to local GLBTQ agencies in your area or if you live in a small rural community reach out online. There are way's to "erase" your tracks as to what sites your searching so you can do this safely. My thought's and prayers go out to the families who lost their LGBTQ angels to soon.

it's not my job to make people accept me, it's their job to come around. If people are unable to love me the way I am that's their issue.

Although, sometimes, when people just don't get it, it can be truly infuriating and heart breaking.

Nothing at all is out of limits.You have to understand that the rules of society were decided on by people who I'm sure didn't believe in a round wheel or a tv for that matter. ...talents that you can hardly imagine given that a huge part of your identity is in question. One day, we will have trans artists, thinkers, philosophers, politicians, etc. Stick with it - it does get better - I know from personal experience. One day, you will be loved by people who are like us and those who are not like us - I will get better - Eventually, you will be the fabulous one. You trans people are going through some of the same victimization that is based on ignorance and fear. Us gays went through it too in the 70s-90s. Just remember that you're good people and have a complete right to happiness. Please also know that guys and lesbians broke a lot of ground for you and that there is help and support.
