My little monster... he was my first try at useing my tablet to make textures for models... turned out pretty cool i recon

I've been told tablet pcs aren't as good as Wacoms, but I really want a laptop so I can carry it around with me. What do you think I should get?

well there are pros and cons too both. a tablet pc is like a touch screen so you can always know exactly where you are on the drawing because its like drawing on paper where as with a wacom they take getting used too cus its more like a mouse. the only downside to the touch screen is that sometimes your hand gets in the way when your drawing but yea i've had both and i love the tablet pc way more. its fun to use for just random things like web surfing with the pen

how do you look at you work with the blue screen behind it becouse i tried p but just got a grey screen and nothing there

very lucky, you got a thousand dollar system for 400, wish i had that luck lol.

i use a Wacom Bamboo, though i need to upgrade, this one is too small
