Well I say that Jesus died for his own sins, not mine. That original sin shit is another Pualine power game played out by all who follow the Roman version, from Catholics to many Protestants (who still follow the Catholic teachings about Jesus, and hide Jesus real teachings, 'we' know so much of Jesus yet hardly any of his own words and teachings? nah, dont believe it

Wow, a Christian ad. You'd think that if all of the stories were real, there would be no need to convert anyone at all. Religion would BE science.
Also, I've read the Bible a few times, cover to cover. Before the first reading, I was a devoted Christian. After the first reading, I became an atheist. So yes, read the Bible - because the world needs more atheists.

That's not what you said in your book that STILL has over 2500 ORIGINAL manuscripts in existence. (far more than any ancient writing...nothing even comes close in terms of authenticity!) That's one of the reasons I am a Christian. (There's lots more) but the fact that there's more evidence for Christ than half the historical people we all take for granted keeps me loving Him and most anyone I meet. God loves ya... and so do I. Cheers!

Lots of copies of the bible does NOT constitute more evidence for Jesus. Last I heard there were just 2 mentions of Jesus outside the bible, only one of which mentioning a crucifixion.

Hi Ben. The argument I was replying to was the constant mistake people make saying that the bible has been a copy of a copy of a copy and that the text has been changed a bunch of times. We can agree that that is untrue. Thanks for your comments. I like discussing without all the rants that some people leave ;)
