She is the female half of a breeding pair of African Grey parrots. She is bald because the male has been very amorous recently holding her neck for mating and such. She is in a breeding box with cob bedding and nesting grass. She only stays in the box when it is time to build a nest. She has a very large cage to fly about in when she wants. Right now she is happily grinding her beak on a perch outside the nesting box with her male counterpart, Brad. Hope that answers you questions.
