G'Day Coach, As an ex athlete & a personal trainer I really like your training with these young men. I would just like to bring to your attention the kettlebell technique that Wes is using. As coaches & trainers we are trying to keep them injury free from improper form. May I make a suggestion to go to YOUTUBE-THE CORRECTION:THE KETTLEBELL SWING or JC BROWN'S KETTLEBELL ATHLETICS.
