Yeah it's another song with "ride" in the title, quite the coincidence, I know. Go listen to the real song, because it sounds 10 times better than this ever will, no matter how long I fiddle with one-click mastering plugins in Adobe Audition. If you think you can make it sound better, send me a message and I'll send you 12 WAV files to mess around with.

So yeah, I guess I'm supposed to do something special like this every x number of subscribers or something? Fashionably late, of course. Well it's good that I got this done and out of the way, because I'm probably about to fall silent for a little while due to IRL stuff. Without going into too much detail, it looks like I'll be moving to a different province.

So I decided if I was going to do another demoscene song for my 107-sub special, then at the very least I should make a gaudy cracktro-style scroller... y'know, as opposed to something worthwhile like proper mattes for all my source clips. BORING TECHNICAL DETAILS: Like a lot of my stuff, this was written in Python + NumPy + PIL, so unlike most scrollers it doesn't run in real-time. :P I also wrote a glFont 2.0 parser because I had a different font in mind, but then I realized it wasn't going to be legible at this speed. MS-DOS fonts FTW?? Anyway!!
