The IJS spin levels has always been mind-boggling to me. Since I had time, I compiled all those CCoSp4. I hope this can help in doing and identifying what a level 4 combo spin with change of foot is.

From an international skating competition, so the levels should be accurate.

Some of these spins AREN'T level fours. You have to hold the variation, after changing feet (if there's only one variation), for AT LEAST 8 revs. Polina Shelepen and Slia Saygi did NOT hold theirs.

this is a little confusing, what does the +______ represent??? like for example L4+0.45

pretty much every girl here changes edge. Do you have to change edge to be level 4?
