This is fake.
Search "Truckers Stop Police Pursuit - America" and compare them.
Some bored 23 year old hand painted the suspect car into a cruiser, then super-imposed a bicycle. Do some cropping, color correction, and add some voices.

@Amarx00 Better search "Two trucks stop police pursuit - america." The fugative does EXACTLY what the #1 cop in this video does. Also, the same EXACT trucks stop the "cop" at the end. My point? Somebody hand painted the suspect car, frame by frame, into a cruiser. They then superimposed a bicycle.
Had me fooled for a while too.
