that is the worst call ever!

1. the puck is in before the whistle
2. its loose

WTF?? at least the FAGGOT DUCKS lost

it was under Hiller for a second your supposed to blow the whistle whenever you lose sight of the puck which he oviously had and it may take a second to get the whistle into your mouth so the rule of when the referee says the play is dead in his mind it is so when it went under Hiller the play was dead

the whistle blows after the puck is in the net though..

haha, although it was a bad call, every game against detroit it seems that the ducks get hammered by bs penalties, i guess it evens it out

the puck beat the whistle into the net so its a goal. best view at 1:20. the puck is in at LEAST 1 second BEFORE the whistle was blown

the rule is the play is over when the ref is MEANING to blow the whistle NOT WHEN it blows

and thats the dumbest rule in the world. seriously if theres a scramble in front of the net the ref should already have his whistle to his mouth. plus it only takes half a second to react and blow a whistle
