Tutorial: How to add a fake tattoo with paint shop pro

Music: Waylon - Wicked Way

Instructions:

1. Open your Photo and create a duplicate layer
2. Take your tattoo and create a duplicate layer
3. Check off the invisibility of the background layer
4. Take your magic wand
Settings: Mode = Replace
Match mode = RGB value
Tolerance = 20
5. Select your tattoo
6. Copy your selection
- Ctrl + C or go to edit and click copy
7. Take your picture
8. Go to edit and click 'Paste as New Layer' or Ctrl + E
9. Go to Adjust - Blur - Gaussian Blur and set the blur radius to 1.25
10. Lower the opacity (50-60)

Ive made better. Try giving it some shape, stretch it a lil. Might give it a more realistic/less perfect look.
