I think the point of XXXpimptaddyone's was that Kennedy didn't call for help.
BTW, "911" started deploying nationwide on AT&T Jan1968, a year and a half BEFORE Chappaquiddick but may not have been locally available.
But most people would have at least dialed "0" for the operator and asked for the police or other emergency service...instead of apparently first calling one's lawyers.

Your post and song are cool but what have they to do with net neutrality? Even TK would support your right to post them because, regardless of who he was back then, he has defended our civil rights for decades against big-business interests. To undermine his support for net neutrality via an ad hominem attack is simply foolish.
