Double down on the conditioning and play Gong li like it's going out of style! At least thats what I do, but infortunately by the time I get to 1st ambush I'm pooped! (lol)

I agree with 007. I thought the form looked pretty good. Reminded me of some of my old shaolin forms. The postures just need to be stronger and you need some finesse. Good job though!

well actually it's to see if 'im stable.I think if i tried a 4/6 stance i'd either fall or be in the wrong direction :-/
But there wasn't much power anyway throughout the form. I'm actually a bit disapointed in all the lastest vids I posted but I'm gonna do better ones before July! I haven't trained my forms for a lil while... :$

SO is this at the Retreat Center ? I hope to get to visit there someday :) That place is serene.

@bowser8375 nope this is not the retreat center. Wish I been there tho. Video was shot in the UCSC campus.

I liked your execution of this form. It needs a little work, but the character of this system definitely is evident to me. NYC Northern Shoalin enthusiast. Keep up the good work!

thanks!! :) I guess it's not too bad after doing half a dozen lian bu quan and having quaky legs.
What work would you say is needed?
When I look at my vid I feel like my shoulder and hip joints are too soft, sort of slowing my limbs... :-/
