Same concept, more visible than the original vid. This one was after being in 28 degrees with two layers on hands (high tech inner layer, wool mittens outer). It took about 15-20 minutes in heated car for fingertips to return to "normal" (room, in this case) temperature.

  • I am not saying you don`t have raynauds phenomena symptoms ,it is scary at room temperature to suddenly notice your hands and feet become cold,However I am saying your thumb nailbed or other fingers don`t seem to be loosing colour or changing colour which is the observable condition. So ,like flicking a switch it becomes noticeable to you but as an example it is`nt full blown,or am I arrogant to assume that you have mild early onset raynauds.Do you agree with that at least, common ground perhaps.

Severe enough to require dramatic lifestyle changes in winter and an eventual move back south to minimize pain. Video taken during the final phase, when blood is returning to the fingers once out of the cold. Hence the red fingers and paler (normal color) rest of hand. I can't manipulate a camera and thermometer while still exposed to the cold, and wouldn't want to remove glove and mittens out there even if so - sorry, convincing strangers is not worth extra pain. :)

  • i can tell that you numbed your hands either in ice or cold water cus i can see ur fingers are red and ur bodys trying to increase the circulation to ur finger tips to warm them up, liar, and idiot.

Or, more specifically, in 28 degree weather for a little while while wearing gloves and mittens, as explained in the description. The video illustrates the skin surface temperature resulting from relatively brief exposure to that environment, even as the blood flow returns upon exposure to the warmer environment where the video was taken.

I agree ,the blood flow goes the opposite way, infact it starts from your tips and the red blood blanches away upward toward your wrist,I suffer from it as well and if your were suffering raynauds and stuck your hands in ice your fingers quickly become white and you can feel it especially at the wrist .by the way we can`t see the colour of your nailbed on your fingers either as they should become dark purple and also start to whiten .Do you have it ?

  • @banjokat : believe me, i know the condition of those fingers and hands, i know what you did and the video shows that you dipped ur hands in cold / icy water to make them that cold, i have reynolds , i know what im talkin about.
