Hmmmm... I was kinda pissed off when blizz said that Garrosh would be new Warchief like "Oh yeah... Garrosh gonna be new Warchief, kthxbai" They never explained, why Thrall is gone and WHY Garrosh?! This cleared things up for me and i think i can play with that Garrosh be new warchief.
