Looks nice with glowsticks doesn't it? I do that with glow poi instead, its a butterfly but you are pulling your hands aprts while doing it and then just joining it back up again. If you like that sort of thing try doing it in split-time, then do it in same time when your hands are apart and then split time as they come down the middle from over the top, that looks pretty swank aswell. And I agree, it's more of a display than a tutorial. Looks nice all the same.

yea but this isnt so much of a tutorial cuz there is no lighting you cant see what his hands are doing and theres no explanations of the motions so its really more of just a video showing what it looks like

Sorry about that, there was a text part that went with this on the site. We were doing some sort of butterfly variation thing so I posted 2 of my own.
These are some of my first videos, and I have lots of new stuff to show everyone as soon as I get a new camera!
