Silage making in 1997 Part 2 of 3

Silage been made in '97 with a John Deere 6810 harvester. Tractors drawing in are a 3350 John Deere, 7810 Ford and a 110 Same. Demo Valmet 8450 is mowing with a Kuhn FC300 mower with grouper. Shot in east Galway.

That 7810 is horsing that trailer around not a bother to her

Good video 5* just wondering did ye buy the valmet and if so do yous stil have it?we have an 8050 and still going strong!

you hear stories of things been hit by mowers and picked up by harvesters and it aint pretty and in a lot of cases I think the farmer has to pay up

We try our best too, but I remember being up on the mower tractor one year in the main field at home and looking back to see the JD1365 spitting out a square wooden electric fence stake......
