Authorization to film by Réjean Laplanche

Reset was formed in 1993 by Pierre Bouvier and Chuck Comeau when they were 13 years old. The original band members were Pierre Bouvier, Philippe Jolicoeur, Chuck Comeau and Jean-Sébastien Boileau (bass). The first name for Reset was Roach, but there was another band in Canada also named Roach so the band members changed the name to Reset.
Then came the first full length album, No Worries, in 1997, recorded at Le Studio Morin-Heights and produced by Rod Shearer too. The band shot a video clip for the single "Why?". In 1998, Reset had a different line up. Bouvier was now singing and playing bass, and a new member, Adrian Wh it e from Vancouver , replaced Comeau as drummer. In 1999, the band released No Lim it s, which was co-wr it ten by Adrian Wh it e. This album was recorded in Vancouver , Br it ish Columbia , and was produced by Greg Reely.
Three video clips were filmed for No Lim it s: "Pollution", "Pressure", and "My Dream and I". Shortly after the filming of "Pressure", Bouvier left Reset to reacquaint w it h Comeau to form the band Simple Plan. David Desrosiers replaced Bouvier in 2000 but only stayed w it h the band for six months.
In 2003, Reset released a third album, Radioactive. The album was produced, performed, mixed and mastered by Philippe Jolicoeur. This is the first album that Phil produced w it h his own record label Indy Rekordz Inc. & it 's only available in Canada & in the US ."Choke" and Kyoto are the singles and the new video clips for that album. On Kyoto song, RESET speak about Kyoto Protocol. Today, Reset has a new line-up w it h Philippe Jolicoeur (gu it ar & vocals), Martin Gendreau (drums) and Claude Plamondon (bass & vocals).
In March 2008, they released their 4th album 'No Intens it y'. This album is similar to their 1st album 'No Worries', w it h anti-government songs very influentials like Corrupted To The Bone, Redemption or Papillon. This last song is based on the book named Papillon wr it ten by Henri Charrière. The single for this album is the song named 'No Intens it y'. The album is produced by Rod Shearer again, who was the producer on 'No Worries' & 'Concerned'(Demo).
Over the years Reset participated in five Canadian tours and three American tours, the 1997, 2000 & 2006 Vans Warped Tour in North America . Reset has played w it h bands such as Green Day, NOFX, Pennywise, Lagwagon, MxPx, Millencolin, Strung Out, Face to Face, Papa Roach and Ten Foot Pole.
In March 2009, the band announced they would perform a special show w it h their original line-up for Musique Plus's (French Much Music) punk rock show 1-2-3 Punk! 10th anniversary. They will play w it h Grimskunk, The Sainte Catherines, Vulgaires Machins, The Planet Smashers and Subb[1].
@o0RocK0oo Pierre has a punk voice. Simple Plan is such a waste of is talent! The problem with Simple Plan's members is not their talent (They are all good musicians) The problem is the shitty-commercial-scene music they play! Compare Go Away and When I'm gone...
