This is a series of video clips I took on June 24th 2008 hiking along the Foothill Trail #365 in the Sandia Mountain foothills next to Albuquerque, New Mexico. The video starts where Trail #230 intersects with the Foothill Trail #365. I then walked north to the Aerial Tram parking lot visiting a few geocaches along the way. By the way. That hissing sounding noise you kept hearing in the background a little were Cicada insects. I love that sound. Why the Celtic music? I don't know. Maybe because I'm free and part Irish.

  • I hear that sound every day - in fact, I hike and mtn bike the Supper Rock sections 3x every week. Nice video - I like the dichotomy of the Celtic music, as it makes it seem less hot!

  • I want to go there someday & stay up there for a week

  • Thanks for uploading

  • this is what I'd rather do than the tram, I think you'd get more out of it.....

  • I have hiked that and most of all the foot hill trailes. It is the best hiking I have ever done. I try to go out there at lest once a year. The lift on the back side is a lot of fun in the summer too.

  • I want to do that trail...did you go all the way up?

  • Wonderful, thanks for showing this video.
