That's lame, sorry for my complaining but USSD is a joke, nothing but kungfu wannabes, they talk about it but they don't do it. Also, they use martial arts as a way of making money.
I used to be in United Studios and I didn't like some of the people that I met there and as I said, they charge too much for lessons. They disgrace the name of Shaolin and b/c of guys like them, karate lost its respect due to how it's used as a bully style.

Oh my god, that was the worst form I've ever seen in my life what the heck was i thinking, I just learned shao lin 8 like a week beforehand. What on earth made me do that form in front of ppl on T.V. Soooo embarrassing. :( Good thing youtube is blocked here in china so no one I know here will see this video.

By the way, what's USSD doing at a kungfu competition? They are kempo karate, not kungfu.
