I am so trilled and exicted about this lesson, however, i have problems knowing which notes to pick in order to do my riffs and runs. Is it important to learn notes? And lastly, i love Kim Burrel, I love all the riffs and runs she does. Is that the exessesive runs u were talking about in ths lesson? Because I definitely would like to know how to get to that level. She preformed with Whitney Houston, when they sang that song "i look to you". How can us amatures get to that level?

Boyz ll Men abuse riffs all the time but in a GOOD way... they don't overdo it like someone of these pop "singers."
