The exhausted stereotypes you utilize to support your theories are applicable to other races. Majority of WW also wear extensions, acrylic nails, or contacts. Your need to degrade a group in which your mother is included may stem from a bad childhood or diguised/unrecognized self hate. It's not necessary to validate your preference for WW and/or men. Your limited experiences don't allow you to accurately assess all BW & your views are biased & therefore lack substance.

@Annazayla I disagree...black women should look to the mainstream on what is an attractive style and work to the best with their own features to present it. Society has standards on what women should generally look like. Beauty is more globalized now but there are basic standards of attractiveness. When women stray too far from them, they end up looking like aliens and marginalizing themselves. BW should aim to identify with mainstream culture in a way that is beautiful and not too different.

Let's be sincere, when the push comes to shove, the girl with light/bleached skin, long "good" hair/weave, and light eyes/contacts always gets the guy. Black women only conform to what Black men find attractive. Once again, if natural REAL nappy hair, with black skin and broad noses was sexy to Black men, trust black women to stick to it. It's NOT.

It's funny you mention Beyonce as a "beautiful" woman that Jay Z happily has despite his looks, but she's a weave-wearing, light skinned woman.

Why shouldn't black women want more? Why shouldn't we feel entitled to a better life? I bet if a white woman asked a black man to give her the finer things in life, he'd bend over backwards trying. Yet, for a sista, he would barely lift a finger. The message I get is that black women who want more are golddiggers. White women who want more are classy, stylish, and elegant. Bruthas are color struck. If she's not white or close to white, bruthas don't want to be bothered.
