her voice is so coolllllll!

Both this and the Italian entry (finished third) were the real winners. The timbre in her voice is incredible. A little bit Karen Carpenter but more romantic due to the majesty of the French language. If you like this check out a track called "Une Goutte d'Eau" which she does live acapella. I doubt many artists could do that.

Without a shadow of a doubt the best song of 1975. The Shaddows fluffed the first line and should have been penalised as it was deeply unprofessional. Ding-a-Dong was the moment the world stopped taking this song contest seriously and it did untold damage to the competition. In contrast, this was an outstanding performance by Nicole and a beautifully constructed piece of orchestration. Her voice is incredible, something that cannot be taught... "And hello to you the artist"

@TheNTC84 I watched this night with my family, I was 17 yo, and my family was a little amazed that I got so majorly pissed that she did not win. I totally agree with your take on that night.
