TMT Kru Ritt training with Muhsin Corbbrey before Nick Diaz fight

Owner of Champions Training Center in Savannah Georgia, Muhsin Corbbrey headed to Phuket Thailand to jump start his training camp in preparation to a June 14th 2008 fight, broadcasted on the Showtime network against 10x UFC vet Nick Diaz.




Spending 4 weeks at the Tiger Muay Thai training facility, Muhsin focused on his Muay Thai training with 2x Southern Thailand Muay Thai champion Kru Ritt. Ritt is a veteran of over 250 Muay Thai fights and is one of the top fighters on the island of Phuket. After Muhsin spent 12 weeks in "training camp" PRIDE FC veteran Nick Diaz missed the contracted weight by 9lbs (4 Kilos), putting Muhsin into a difficult position.

Accepting the fight despite the weight difference Muhsin suffered a competitive 3rd round TKO loss. Despite the difficult fight Muhsin displayed great Muay Thai techniques and showcased why he is one of the rising stars in the Elite XC organization.
