  • I own one in hawaii . Both full top and bikini top (white canvas on pink/burple )

  • @gaumernathan Great tips. What is yours based on?

  • @007Gofer Yea, I love these things but the potentially sketchy handling always put me off. How is it in practice?

  • @psychojoker131 I have one. You can spend as little as $3000 or you can make you own and spend as much as you want. I have about $8000 in mine. Warning if you see one for sale for less than $2000 its most likely a p.o.s. These are kit car so there only as good as the one how built it. A good way to tell is to look at the wiring. If it looks like a birds nest steer clear. Also look for rusty floor pans and make sure that the seller didn't just spray undercoat over rust.

  • How much do these cost you think?

  • I wonder if this would be practical for daily transportation. My main concern would be leaving it unattended -- someone might switch the spark plug wires as a prank ha ha

  • Este buggy é lindo.

  • i had a Salamander removable hard top buggy with a Golf GTI engine, stand up Stinger exhaust that got 140 but with weights on the front suspention cause it started to lift a bit and "float"

  • How often do you drive it on the street? We're thinking of buying one but don't want to buy a rig to tow it and would need to drive 1hr to the beach. Any advise?

  • @laurenwludlam ive still been trying to find one, its so hard!
