1. Click on the Client List button and search for the client you want to add, or do a quick search on the home page by looking for them by name in the box above the Day Planner.
2. Click on the client's name (blue link)
3. At the top of their client summary page you will check the box next to Next Call Date, enter the call date, choose the client or their spouse, email or phone, whether you want to choose it as important, choose whether to assign the call to an inside team member, then click Update Call List.
Option
Once a client is on the Call List you can continue to schedule your next call (or contact) by following the directions above while you are entering the contact notes during or after the calling or emailing the client off of the Call List.
