The only thing I observed was that the Lineman didnt have a handline in his bucket before he went up. That bucket has no reason to keep coming back down to get wire, tools, etc. Handlines are the best tool a lineman can use. It saves time and trains the groundhands.

bucksqueeze only aggrivates you if you let it. it may save your hide someday, get used to it.
