    Miley should have stopped and called the police on the pap for parking in handicap spot. Would have been great to see his car towed.

    Cool to see in first person what it's like to be stalked by paparazzi. Not cool at all, I'd hate my life if I couldn't walk my dog without strangers taking pictures of me and letting people judge me all the time.

    Handicapped? It's called a disabled bay. "If I park in a handicapped spot I get reported on the news"...She shouldn't be parking there full stop so why the heck is she complaining that she gets caught because of the paparazzi!! You have two legs woman, you can use them to walk a few more yards to the bloody shops
