  • ahhhh, the worcester centrum ... the ugly orange brings back fond memories ... i'm a resident and remember these days fondly ... too bad they don't have any more preseason basketball games there like this anymore

  • @junoxtc Another great thing from the past was that the Lakers and Celtics had 2-3 gms against each other every preseason for yrs. The final head-to-head between Magic and Bird was at the Garden in the 1990 preseason, aamof.

  • It was a crime that Byron wasn't an All-Pro in 1987-88..

  • Haha. Chick was creaming over that bounce pass.

  • @TheRatedIX7 the Clippers traded Byron's rights to the Lakers for Norm Nixon.

  • quite the in depth interview.

  • Byron Scott:

Next Jabbar and Worthy, the most instrumental and critical component of the Lakers offense that drove them to victory in the 80s.

Awesome vid to see him when he still had "angst" and had yet to mature into his prime... thanks for posting. God bless Chick.

  • Byron Scott was selected 4th overall of the 1983 NBA Draft by the San Diego Clippers.
