how do you switch off the the lights you will have to take of the body every time?

pretty good :) or u can tape a flashlight to the body; never comes off and gives you more visablility

couple of pointers for you
1. keep the camra steady for gods sake have you never heard of a tripod.
2. if your going to install a light kit of any kind do it properly.
3. speak clearly and stop repeating things over and over its just stupid.
4. next time do it properly and dont be so over confident.

@rcguy96 yes. we flipped this thing at really high speed and the lights were actually the only things intact.
