@tynytian Ahh...I see...that's brilliant! Why didn't I think of that?

Hey, I liked the tutorial on the 45 degree suture, but how do I wrap a triangular piece over onto itself to make a cone shape? I get what you're doing there with the edges of the triangles, but my problem is that the bottom row has more rings on the edge than the top row does, so when I go to connect it it looks funny. Kind of like have a single unit of 4-1 with 1 ring removed connecting to another single unit with 1 ring removed if that makes any sense. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!

do you have a video of this in higher quality cause I couldnt make out how the rings were connected and was a little confused about your directions.

I am using beer tabs instead of rings. I get too drunk to see what I am doing...any suggestions?

I am using steel wire (1.4mm in diameter) and a aluminium rod (0.8cm in diameter)... how about that? please respond...

@glatzner That ought to work just fine. That will render an AR of roughly 5.7, which is plenty loose.

Is that the 90 degree or 45 for the armpit? Btw Im 15 and pretty skinny so I'm making it to fit my dad (so I won't grow out of it), whose arm is 12 in around. how many inches of space should I leave in the arm? I've heard from somewhere that I should leave 3 in, but is that enough space to get it on and off?
Thanks

@Joey6131995 I'm not sure, I just messed around with mine until I got it right. It may take some adjusting to get it just right.
