  • Great man! Keep it up dude you are an inspiration.

Hey man what it the name of the music in the background of your video?

I have uploaded my first video and the journey shall continue.

    Thanks.

  • Thanks!

It's called Fever Dream by Tyler Bates - it's from the movie 300

  • This routine inspires the hell out of me, just looking at how shredded you can get without steroids or PHs. Tommy, you're a VERY complete bodybuilder and once that back of yours catches up, look out world!

  • Thank you very much for that! I really appreciate that!

  • Tommy you looked awesome that night and you won that well deserved pro card! Way to go man! When/where is your first pro show? ( I could hear Layne cheering you on here, lol!!)

  • Thanks Jenni! It's looking like 2010 is going to be my pro debut!

  • great legs man ..did you say you were natural ..if so explain the gyno please,,obvious in the ab pose...

  • great video! would have been better if the women in the background weren't squealing every 10 seconds.. Other than that awesome as man

  • I was a baseball catcher for a long time, so my knees hurt from running and sprints as well. I did my HIT Cardio on a stationary bike. The heavy bag could work to - I think the important part of HIT Cardio is that you are doing some type of interval and going all out to get the heart rate way up - that's the goal

  • just one thing i was wondering, as for kardio... can you do HIT on a heavybag ? hitting it for 15secs and then slowly for 45 as you will have done when running, or is it best to run? cause i have a knee injury and when i run i really feel it. hehe

how do u set up ur training? big fan!
