A calypso by Austin Lewis (King Austin) of Trinidad & Tobago, on the unsustainability of the Western, industrialized, "progressive" way of life, partly inspired by his biblical readings and prophecy.

One of my most favourite calypso song ever. Nowadays you don't hear compositions this artistic, this poetic, or even with such an emotional melody.
A classic that the world should listen closely to. This is one of those arts of Trinidad and Tobago that makes us proud, proud of our talents, at least talents from the past.

I remember being so proud, when he sung this. He was my neighbor and we never had a clue he sung Calypso before this.
