I like to say that I LOVE this episode. Two of the greatest cooks IMO going at it. Wish I would of been there to taste them both.

However....I have to say something about one of the judges...

I'm a GA Resident and I must say THIS guy is so wrong. MOST Country Fried Steak dishes have White Gravy. He really shouldn't of criticized him for that. He MUST not be from the south cus hell you can even find white gravy in the Country Fried Steak TV dinners.

NObody beats Paula !! This was a great episode. One of my faves. Bobby Flay has a marshmallow of a heart. so cute.
