Why did you use redstone to move the mushroom block? Whoulden't it been simpler to just place them XD ?

@SpelarSpel you can't collect the big mushroom pieces. if you try to collect them, it breaks and has a chance of dropping 1-2 small mushrooms.

He had to use the redstone and pistons because giant mushrooms get destroyed when you hit them.
