Btw, thanks for cutting out the shitty part of this song. Really makes the song 10 times better. Anyway GREAT video man. Probably watched it 3 or 4 times.

Two of the best actions ever built to date for larger calibers!
And of course, the M200 Cheytac Intervention in a .338 Lapua.

@millionaire1231 oh i don't really think that hell hitler was not even german

@MrDip02 :) Sorry for jumping to conclusions- I just despise it when people think all Germans were Nazis. :)
OK, SERIUSLY!!! STOP calling the Mauser 98 a nazi gun! IT IS NOT A NAZI GUN!!! The Mauser 98 family of rifles came into use LONG before the nazi party came to power in Germany! In 1898! Germany was an empire then, ruled by kaiser Wilhelm II. The nazis came to power in january 1934 after winning the election in 33. So please dont soil the reputation of one of the greatest bolt action rifles of ALL TIMES by calling it a nazi gun!

@Verdunveteran Alright let's address this once and for all. First, anything with the term "Nazi" in the title gets 10x more attention, which is why I originally included it. With that said, the k98 was a reworked variation of the Gew 98 specifically for use during the Nazi period (1933-1945). It's not a knock to the k98 or soiling the reputation, it's just what it is. This stigma/infamy is a huge part of the guns popularity. Lastly, well, it has Swastikas on it?!

@xxuncexx Thank you! The only thing I did was smooth out the new production CMP wood with some 0000 steel wool and finish it with Howards wood preserver. This K98 is a Russian Capture with a rare semi-kriegsmodell stock. I stripped the shellac using Acetone, gently cleaned the wood with hot water, and gave it the same treatment with Howards. I also removed the Russian bluing from the buttplate and rear sight, as they all came in the white from the factory. Thanks for watching.
