Scientists at the University of Caen and published in the journal Food and Chemical Toxicology, found that 50 percent of male and 70 percent of female rats fed on a diet containing NK603 – a genetically modified corn produced by Monsanto – or those exposed to Monsanto’s Roundup weedkiller – suffered tumors and multiple organ damage, causing them to die prematurely.

"Who is this mystery 'researcher'": IRRELEVANT. The DNA & RNA matches to human genes (presumably through a BLAST search of the human genome) remain true regardless of the identity of the discoverer. Monsanto's technology will still be able to target and shut down human genes, along with wheat genes.

"Scientists do not hide from scrutiny": Are You Serious? Do you know what retaliation is? If the 'mystery' researcher works for Monsanto, they will likely be fired if their identity is revealed.
