i have a panasoinic gs320 3ccd. when i make a clip with videomovie maker, it looks okay avi format. but does the software alone make the quality better from compression? or would i have to mess with the colors and everything to get a really nice sharp look when its compressed to mp4?

If you head over to the FXhome website, then go to the 'Products' section, you'll find the 'Learn: Beach Landing & Superheroes' DVD, which goes into some detail about cloning.

how come my video fast forwards when i add effects on it? im using the demo version and my video stops/freeze then fast forwards, then stop when i add effects to it. but w/o effects, it doesnt freeze.. but it still looks fast forwarded. plleaase reply. I NEED HELP! =[

Make sure your project settings are correct. You might have your scan method or framerate set up wrong.
Also, on playback in the program it will pause when viewing a frame for the first time as it needs to render it first.
