meaning to say is that every mission before was not viewed. how the hundred ton orbiter got into space without damage and unknown i do not know.

if they could have srb cams. why didn't they see that hole in columbia's wing in sts-107. it's just common sense

SRB cams were implemented after the Columbia disaster so that if a peice of foam fell of it could be seen.
