First of all I wna point out is this is NOT an infinite loop. 32% is the max strongest fortify enchanting potion that can be made in the game to my knowledge. (my alchemy skill is only at 80 when i made this video. i had just confirmed that once ur alchemy reaches lvl 100 the strongest possible fortify enchanting potion u can make is 32% nd the strongest fortify smithing potion is 130%. regardless, ur weapons nd armor will b outrageously strong whether ur alch is 80 or 100. Certain enchantments on items will only increase by 1% from a 30% fortify enchanting potion to a 32% fortify enchanting potion).

Requirements:
-smithing skill: unlock the perk Arcane Blacksmith and unlock the perk for your armor of preference
-enchanting skill at least 80 nd u have the very first perk (Enchanter 5/5). Also unlock the perks Insightful Enchanter (required 50, allows skill enchantments on armor 25% stronger) and Corpus Enchanter (Health, magicka, stamina enchantments on armor 25% stronger) if u intend on enchanting ur gear.
-have ur alchemy skill of at least 80 or higher so u can unlock the (Alchemist 5/5) 5 times. U also need the benefactor alchemist skill.
-u need ingredients to be able to make a potion of fortify smithing (spriggam sap, glowing mushroom, sabre cat tooth, blisterwart.) nd ingredients to make fortify enchanting (blu butterfly wing, hagraven claw, snowberry, spriggan sap). U also need a good amount of grand soul gems to hav th best possible outcome for ur weapons/armor.

Steps for this incredible weapon/gear:
1) Make fortify alchemy gloves, headgear, necklace, and ring.
2) Wear all of that armor u just made.
3) Make Potion of Fortify Enchanting (improaved) Drink the potion.
5) Now use ur new enchanted gear and make new stronger fortify alchemy enchanted gloves, headgear, necklace, and ring. In the video I had already used a 25% potion nd used the gear to make a 30% potion. If this is not the case for u, just make th potion until it is th strongest u can make it. Its possible it may not reach past 28% if ur perks aren't complete or if u ddnt start with a high enough potion. 30% is the max.
6) Next is to make and Drink another potion of fortify enchanting (the strongest one u have made yet) and Make a body armor, gauntlets, ring, and necklace of fortify smithing,
8) Equip all of this gear and increase ur weapon/armor to ridiculous levels.
9) keep your most powerful smithing/enchanting gloves, armor, etc so u can do this over and over.
* the x4 is that Fortify Blacksmithing can be enchanted onto Chest, Gloves, Rings, and Necklaces. Fortify Alchemy can be enchanted onto Hat, Gloves, Rings, and Necklaces.

You should also wear the Krosis mask and Falmer helmet. Because the Krosis mask adds an additional 20% to alchemy. And you can use the glitch that allows you to wear a dragon mask and Falmer helmet.

My potions get to 32% my weapon is like 600 and if I pop a potion my weapon goes into 4 digits which is off the charts but it still hits for 1400 damage. (Give or take)

@TheBaconater4life If you try to join the Dark Brotherhood, you can get a ring in one of the missions you need to do enchant the ring to get the Fortify Alchemy Enchantment.

Bethesda has taken a step in the wrong direction with Skyrim. Morrowind was awesome and had all kinds of exploits and options that could be accessed at any time. Oblivion had less, and with Skyrim it's very obvious that the developers wanted to put restrictions on the players so they could not exploit certain loops or rules that had existed in previous games. Real gamers love options, and taking these options away just limits the possibilities at the gamers fingertips.
