Okay, your doctor is an idiot - because that was a serious, serious case of swelling! I am currently overdue and waiting on this baby, and my feet are seriously painful and swollen, but nowhere near this!!!! I'm so sorry you went through this!!!!!

@Moonlah Believe it or not they got WORSE than this towards the end. I couldn't stand straight... come to find out I had protein in my pee, i found that out AFTER my baby was out. I don't want to sound dramatic but I was pretty close to going through shock the day before I had her. I lost 30 something pounds of fluid ALL over my body and that was only 4 days after I had her.

@1111worldlove OMG - I am sorry to hear this! Your doctor should be ashamed! They are supposed to be checking urine for protein at every prenatal visit! Mine are swollen bad right now!! I was due on Easter, and I am still preggo! I am soooo done, and hope they induce me today!!! Again, I feel sooo bad for you and I hope if you have more kids this doesn't happen again!

@Moonlah Hang in there, you won't be like that forever!!! drink tons of water, elevate, and watch the salt! Are your hands numb too?? That is torturous!

no ankles? i can relate. not preg but fell and landed on my knee. kee down is entirely red, swollen, shiny hot skin and tender to the touch. i can feel your pain looking where the toes meet at the foot. feels like it is going to bust from the pressure i bet. mine are like that too but not quite as bad. uh, do you really trust this doctor? hope he's not your obgyn. i wouldn't trust someone to deliver my baby that would let me run around with feet like that. what an awful doctor!

Busting from pressure sounds about it... my achilles tendons felt like a knife was sawing into my heal whenever i moved my foot, It doesn't show it on this video but I had creases in my heal. I don't trust this dr. and she is not my dr. anymore, I should have known better than to step foot in that hospital anyways, alot more other than the swelling was going on too. I'm led to believe it was preclampsia, and me and my kid are lucky, God willing!
