Spiritual surrender is an often used term in many spiritual traditions. What is meant by the term surrender?

Learn how the Higher Selfs own understanding of surrender is very different from the way many religions define surrender.

Learn that true surrender is the giving up of ones ego and personal control, to realize the Consciousness of the Self.

Be guided in a simple meditation exercise that will help you to better understand yourself as Consciousness and Awareness, and not the thinking mind or ego.
