This lady was a tremendous asset to JFK in his lifetime, and upheld his memory after his death. No one did more to enhance the White House as a historical landmark. Outside of Dolly Madison, no first lady was a better

ambassador or hostess. Class act all the way.

jtcajun no, you are no expert on history or foreign relations. Wall Street, including Prescott Bush provided millions of dollars to the Nazis as well as steel rubber and other materials to kill americans and brits with. George bush kept us safe? from who? He was first, never elected, he and his cartel lied about WMD, and the worst economic disaster in us history occurred during the bush squat. TARP is a bush cartel act. @IRIQUOIS227 This is ridiculous, as I am an expert in the history of U.S. Foreign Policy and the U.S. Presidency. I came here because I honor JFK. However the comment comparing George W. Bush to Mussolini makes me sick. Bush was a good American President who made mistakes, but kept us safe. Mussolini was a corrupt, fascist, Italian dictator who was a sociopath and allied with the world's most barbaric regime ever, the Nazis, who were anti-Semitic and committed widespread genocide.

That low orders of life such as George W Bush after stealing the white house, all respect for it is gone. He and his family are a cancer to the world. Anyone who has pursued the REAL history the US see the Bush Family as no better than Mussolini, and his ilk, and deserve the same treatment.

@gray70 she did that because as a child her and her mother were left broke as hell and reliant on the kidness of others. she always remembered that time. ime sure it was just a survival reflex. remember, aristotles children would remind her she would get nothing when he died. still, the woman was a very respected and successful print editor. so she really didnt need to do that. but, she was gonna make sure her kids were taken care of. cant fault her for that.
