i was tired from the night before - but overall I'm not a cold weather guy... :P
Masked guy is a shrine kami.
They pray to Okuninushi and for themselves as well.

Dang Jason, fantastic choice of music, son! I have all 3 of those albums. The U2 song particularly brought back some great memories of good times. Thanks for part 3. :)

Short answer:
It is dedicated to the god Ōkuninushi (Ōkuninushi-no-mikoto), famous as the Shinto deity of marriage.
