This is not a New Year's Resolution. This is the true story of how I worked hard to lose weight and reshape my body. I am still in the process of making the change but the final results will be available in Summer 2011. I have changed the way I eat to focus on real (non-processed) lean meats, lots of veggies, and Whey protein supplement shakes. I make a point to get to the gym to lift weights daily and have joined a running club. I am another big believer in Tosca Reno's Eat Clean Diet and P90X. If you WORK HARD & EAT RIGHT it will show.

  • Please tell me about your recovery updates. Its been 17 days since I had my discectomy. Cam you tell how much of your disc remains now?
