How did you get so much coconut to come out in one piece? I feel like I'm always cutting small pieces away and it takes me forever.

Great video, you have an amazing energy about you! I love you Joanne.

Are there any other protolytic probiotics you know of that are little cheaper?
Thanks

Those coconuts are dangerous because they have been dipped in fungicide, so they can make the long trip from over seas without rotting. That's why there are able to stay white in color for so long. So your playing Russian roulette with you health.

I saw Dan do this a few years ago, it's great

what kind of blender are you using? I just used the regular 80$ blender, and it did not make a consistent liquid. I believe the ones Lou and Dan use cost around 500$?
Does it have to be a consistent white liquid in order to culturize?

I love love love this new video Joanne! I'm addicted to coconut yogurt so thanks for this amazing raw version I can't wait to make it. I finally got a power blender so I'm so excites to use it more! I just made some raw almond milk last night and I made those amazing raw strawberry macaroons you had a vid on making which were our of this world :)
I have been very hesitant about purchasing the young coconut because I have heard that they have been treated with formaldehyde. Is there any way to know what to look for or any specific brand of coconut to choose?

@sheeshaa23 That is based off of one persons research but Matt Monarch raw food Coach actually had a few diff batches tested at numerous times and there were no traces of formaldehyde. I like to get mine at a local carribean store.Wish i lived in Hawaii ..one day i will :))) There's a few great websites you can order from that have true organic young thai coconuts.
