There was also a group at that time with that name from Jamestown, ND

I was one of the Windy Hill Singers in 1966 that worked and sang in the park. We recorded an album in Denver, Colorado but we were college students from Jamestown College, Jamestown, ND. The members of the group were Kathie Johnson, Linda Peterson Christie, Don Christie, Bruce Gray and Jon Kruger. Our bass man was Rick.

Mike and I sang at Yosemite National Park in 1961-1962. There is another "Windy Hill Singers that were out of Denver (I think). They had an album out. We're not certain, but we think we started earlier than they did (hence the "original" in the label for the video. Our "following" was primarily in the San Francisco and Sacramento area of California.
