Got my Orb of Deception from Terrorweb Tunnel between the Plaguelands, dropped from a Crypt walker. So I figured I would give this a try. I've got to admit, I did not predict the outcome. =S
Song is: Undying by Demon Hunter (Any puns between the song and video are 100% intended)

Yep. It's kind of like a visible stealth. Higher level NPCs can detect it, and AoE's can get you. But you will appear friendly (although obvious) to enemy players.
