Has McCain undergone mental and psychological evaluation recently? It appears he has serious mental and psychological issues. I believe that he does not remember what he was saying yesterday, much less some time ago. He confuses and twists facts and lies constantly. Telling lies may also be an indication of a mental condition. He is "chewing" on "surge" issue to the point that it turns one's stomach. And his explosive temperament and infamous "Bomb, bomb, bomb...Iran"...?
