First flight of my new Parfun Fusion straight out of the box. Seems to be a clone of the Mulitplex Easystar but with ailerons as standard.

  • Very nice flight.

Yes, you can make a loop, and yes, you can make aileron roll

  • Well, I'm looking forward to trying that out! I had my first flight after the crash last Sunday. Everything seemed OK which was good...

  • Wonderful i nevver been so good with that!

  • Well, it wasn't so good after I crashed my upgraded plane. I upgraded to a RAY B2835 motor, Jeti ECO 25 controller and RAY 3s 22mah LiPo. The battery was much too heavy for the plane!

By the way, I notice in your video that you have a DX6i transmitter. Is it good to use? Do you recommend it?

  • Nice video. The plane seems to be flying ok. I am thinking about buying this model - would you recommend me to do so? I've got 3 more questions:

    1. It has the ailerons - but is it able to make an "Aileron Roll"?

    2. Is the motor strong enough for the plane to make a complete loop?

    3. Is the plane able to glide (with motor off)?

    Thank you!

PS: I love the geese in the middle of the video!

  • Hi rastohal. Thanks for taking the time to comment.

    1. I haven't tried an aileron roll with the plane - I'm still pretty new to RC flying...

    2. I also haven't tried a loop!

    3. The plane seems to glide pretty well. It is gliding in the video from 2 mins 15 secs until it next lands.

I think this plane is good value. In the UK it costs £120 ready to fly. To get a similar Easystar setup would cost more like £180 and the Parkfun has the advantage of ailerons as standard.

  • Excellent camera work. Full zoom and didn't lose the plane at all. Also nice flying with smooth, predictable, scale manoeuvres. Good inspirational team!

  • I think it good radio, i use it with airplane and helicopter and i am happy of it :)

  • is a RC helicopter more fun to fly instead of this airpLANE

  • Thanks. I'm currently thinking about a motor upgrade - I'd like to have an FPV setup.
